Prof. Jagannath Mohanty, an eminent scholar, had his higher education and training twice from UK, first under Commonwealth Trng. Bursaries Scheme and second time under Commonwealth Education Fellowship. He is a former Professor of Education and Director, Academic Staff College, Utkal University, Bhubneshwar. Dr. Mohanty, Emeritus Fellow - UGC, and a prolific writer in English as well as Uriya, has been decorated with many national and state awards.
